We provide the option to delete your account directly from the app.

Please note that after deleting your account, you won't be able to register again on our service with the same account!

To delete your account, log in with your account in the AT-ZONE app, then go to the "Profile" menu and select "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the screen.


Confirm your intention by entering the text "YES" and clicking the "DELETE" button.

Your account and its data will be deleted from our servers. We retain only the data that we are legally required to keep, such as payment records and communication from our support service with you.
